Nightly closure of 23rd Street from Independence Ave. to Lincoln Memorial Information
23rd Street SW will be closed to all vehicles between Independence Avenue and the Lincoln Memorial nightly from 8:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. for emergency Pepco gas line repairs.
